Spa Etiquette
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will give you the time to change, fill out appropriate paperwork, as well as allow the staff time to renew your services with you. Late arrivals will receive service based on the time left on the scheduled appointment.
Once in the treatment areas, all cellular phones should be turned off.
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to re-schedule appointments. Out of courtesy to our service providers and other guests, we ask that you give at 24 hour notice prior to cancelling and we will gladly reschedule your appointment. In the event that you are unable to give sufficient notice, a cancellation fee of 50% may apply.
Children are not permitted in the spa treatment area and should not be left unattended.
